Silicon Valley Open Studios

At SVOS this past weekend I had the whole dining room to myself.  I used all the furniture and the wall space too.  There were 9 artists at one location for the 25th annual Silicon Valley Open Studios weekend tour.  400 Artists all over Silicon Valley opened their homes and studios in groups of 1 up to (I think 16).

I sold mainly my jewelry, including some pieces that I made the day before and haven't had time to photograph yet.  The pics I did take at the show didn't all turn out.  However, I did get a commission for a copper name pendant, seen below in the box with a few choices for dangles.

Her name was Jax.  Just in case you couldn't read it.   (My husband had a difficult time.)

Everyone brought food to share with our guests and each other of course.
AND...  I sold one painting.  This one: Geofish #2.  He will be making it into the happy bedroom of a newborn baby boy.  I've heard black and white patterns are good for their cognitive abilities to develop.  Or something along those lines anyway.  I like looking at them.   :)
