Shaping Up

This pic of the calla lily is a bit neon. I'll tone it down later this week. I'm working on this painting at a friends home in her studio she had built in her back yard. Her work can be seen at this link Brazeau's Best. She has some really beautiful paintings up and she writes poetry too.

Chris, This is going to be a fantastic painting. It's coming along so well, also liking your misty tree. BJ

Very beautiful, feminine, very 'Georgia O'Keefe' in feeling!

I stumbled upon your blog and was impressed with this piece, this work-in-progress. It is brave of artists to show art they are working on to complete strangers... especially on the internet where you can’t even see our faces or hear the cadence of our voices. Anyway, beautiful composition and thanks for the inspirational art .
